Why use the favorites feature?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Utilizing favorites over simply posting to the entire Talent Marketplace can provide several benefits, especially for certain facility types. The consistency of having a group of favorited nurses or health professionals significantly cuts down on the time spent orienting new people to the facility. While per diem staff are equipped to jump right in, they still need to be shown around the building, introduced to full-time staff, and given credentials to get around the facility. It also offers patients the opportunity to see the same nurses and health professionals.
