Healthcare Facilities and Professionals can contact Medely for support whenever they need.

1. Chat Support

We have been working hard to optimize the support experience for Healthcare Facilities and Professionals. If you need to contact the Medely support team, simply click on the chat button on the bottom right corner. You can access anyone from support.

2. In-app Support

Healthcare Facilities and Professionals can access additional support features when signed into the Medely app.

  • Updating your account in the app:

    If you need to update your profile information, change your notification settings, or update your banking information, you can do all of this (and more) directly in the Medely app. To do so, tap on ‘Account’ and you’ll be able to make changes to your account settings.

  • Getting help in the app:

    Have a question? No problem! Make sure you're signed into your Medely account and Select ‘Help’ from the app menu and you can find answers to a majority of your questions.

3. Email Support

It’s best to always consult the chat and in-app resources available to Facilities and Professionals (listed above), as most questions can be quickly solved there. If the Chat and in-app support tools do not address your question, you can email Medely by clicking the button below.

4. Phone Support

Medely answers the majority of questions via chat. We know sometimes you need to speak to someone directly, that's why we offer phone support between the hours of 9am - 6pm PST Monday through Friday.
